Our focus as an organization is to ensure that we provide you with a professional and personalized service that will ensure that your event/conference is a success. With our combined experience we have worked with groups of up to 1500 pax. We believe in the hands-on approach therefore we offer on-site service for our clients.



MS Matsi Nkomo
With a previous career in the banking industry and over 7 years experience in the hospitality industry, we strive to pay attention to detail where the client and the client’s needs are concerned, understanding that SERVICE is key.


Ms Molly Kgodumo
Has over 11 (eleven) years in the hospitality industry. She has shown dedication in all her projects and is well known in the industry mostly within government and embassies.

Depending on the size of the event, we hire in specialized support staff to assist us with registration, secretarial duties, evening functions, décor and entertainment, room drops, packing of conference packs and packaging of gifts amongst other duties.

We specialize in finding you the perfect venue for all your meetings, conferences and other corporate functions. We source venues nationwide as per the clients’ specifications with the option to view the venue before finalizing the booking. We follow the process through until the event takes place and also offer an on-site support service.

The process is paper-less and smooth. Events Venues by Bahati will arrange your accommodation, flight bookings (e-ticketing), car hire or shuttle service in any of the nine provinces. Our latest achievement is the Hertz Rent-a-Car account which was opened via Sakhumzi Car Rental which is the BEE wing of Hertz Rent-a-Car.

In the case of delegates arriving at the local airport we can arrange for a ‘meet-n-greet’ service, arrange buses and or a shuttle service for pick up with the clients’ name/s printed on visible name cards. The staff receiving the delegates will wear clearly marked t-shirts with the name of the conference/workshop for easy recognition.

Events Venues by Bahati currently trades with AMROD, ALTITUDE, KEVRO and BUCK & CUTTER for all corporate gifts and corporate wear requirements. We provide a wide variety of quality corporate items to choose from. We will provide samples where necessary for you to make informed decisions when procuring the items.

We provide any type of equipment from electronic, catering equipment to venue equipment such as portable toilets, sofas, heaters, draping etc. The equipment is set up by the staff before the event and collected after the event or on the next day depending on the requirements of the venue.

Events Venues by Bahati provides secretarial services in the form of pre-conference registration and onsite registration as well as ushers. We also outsource reputable scribe facilities with recording and laptop equipment to capture and report on the proceedings during board meetings, AGM and workshops.

We also provide a service in the design and administration of the conference invitations, RSVPs, database maintenance & registration process.

How can you possibly offer all this for free?

Easy, we are paid commission by the Venue for the introduction of your business

Are venue rates increased to cover the commission payment?

Not at all, you would be charged the same rate if you had booked it yourself.

Do you have minimum numbers requirements to deal with my booking?

Definitely not, we deal with bookings from 2+. We have no restrictions and we value your business no matter what the numbers or requirements.

If I send you an enquiry is there an obligation that we have to book with you?

There is no obligation to book any of the proposals that we send you.

What happens if I need to see the Venues?

Simply let us know which Venues that you would like to visit and we will organise all the arrangements for you.

What happens if I decide to book?

Once you have chosen the venue Events Venues will forward a written confirmation to you detailing your requirements in depth. The Venue will then produce a contract which will be sent direct to you to sign and return.

What is the catch?

We promise there is no catch, it is fantastic and it is a totally free service.
